NOTD: Ulta3 Lollypop Lilac

This is a pretty light purple foil.  Formula was nice, not streaky or clumpy.  I did two coats (plus topcoat) but I think you could get away with one if you were in a rush.  There are a few bumps as my nails were not quite dry when I started baking so apologies for that.

    Are you in Melbourne? I have bought most of my Ulta3 polishes from the pharmacy in Collins Place (top end of Collins St near Parliament Station), Creelmans Pharmacy in the Target arcade on Bourke St and Soul Pattinsons (also on Bourke St, between Queen and William Sts).

    Check out the Ulta3 thread on Vogue Forums (http://forums.vogue.com.au/showthread.php?t=291498), there's heaps of recommendations for other cities too!
